Trails & Maps
You can start from the Visitor Centre or park in one of our outlying car parks and walk into the Park from there. The path’s are clearly signposted so you’ll be able to navigate your way round quite easily and our map below will also help you find the various landmarks. You can also pick up a free copy of this from our Visitors Centre. All paths are suitable for prams and buggies and most can be accessed with a mobility scooter or wheelchair. Check in our Visitor Centre for more information before you set off or call us on 0141 956 6100 before you arrive.
If you fancy making your walk a little more interesting then check out our trails section below.
*As all paths are shared with pedestrians, dogs, cyclists and horse riders, we encourage all park visitors to give consideration to others.

Trails
If you want to learn about your surroundings as you wander through the Park then you can pick up one of our trails from the Visitor Centre. We have a tree trail to suit the seasons, a scavenger hunt to get the kids looking for items on their way, a toadstool trail, so you can learn about different creatures with a prize to claim if you complete the quiz, and seasonal hunts to keep the kids entertained.
Cost from 50p each.
Orienteering
If you like excitement, fresh air and exploring the countryside, then Orienteering could be the sport for you. You can run, jog or walk and it doesn't matter how young, old or fit you are, you go at your own pace.
Orienteering maps are available from the Visitor Centre and are available an easy or more challenging route.
Cost £1 each.
