Mugdock Country Park relies on support from a wide range of people to make it a great place to visit. Whether you are volunteering your time, making a donation or just popping some coins into one of our honesty boxes it all helps.
There are many partner organisations which assist us to make the Mugdock experience very special. We work with conservation volunteers and castle volunteers to keep the land and buildings accessible; we have close ties with Mugdock Trust and Clan Graham who raise funds for projects, in particular Mugdock Castle; we are working alongside the Astronomical Society of Glasgow to develop their new observatory.

Mugdock Trust
Mugdock Trust is a charitable organisation which supports the work of Mugdock Country Park by carrying out fund raising activities and project work.Over recent years the Trust has focused on Mugdock Castle and the history of the Park and produced history guidebooks and interpretation boards.
Clan Graham Society
James Graham: The Great Marquis The most famous Graham associated with Mugdock was James Graham (1612-1650), who inherited the Earldom in 1626.
The Clan Graham Society is an organization of the descendants of the families of the “Gallant Grahams” of old Scotland.
Donations and Legacy
The generosity of visitors to Mugdock enables us to carry out essential work throughout the Park.Your donations help enormously towards the upkeep and development of the Park.
In addition there are many organisations who support us by holding events at the Park such as Middle of Scotland Science Festival, Trailfest and not forgetting Fizzgig Theatre Company whose annual Pantomime has become a family favourite.
